Choosing the right spells to use can turn the tide of battle in your favor.

SPELLS COST ENERGY!​​

  • ​Spells help you win battles at the cost of extra energy.

  • Knowing when to cast spell and when to save energy is key to improving your energy efficiency.

  • You can cast up to 3 spells in battle.

  • You can even cast the same spell multiple times!

  • Some spells, like Grave Call, can only be cast once per battle.

FACTION MATTERS!

​While you can cast spells that belong to ANY faction, they are subject to the following penalty:​​

  • Spells of your own faction has 0% penalty to its efficiency.

  • Spells of an allied faction has 25% penalty to its efficiency.

  • Spells of an opposite faction has 50% penalty to its efficiency.

LEVEL UP

  • Every time a spell is cast in battle, it gains XP points.

  • Obtaining copies of a spell will increase its XP points.

  • When a spell has gained enough XP points, it can level up and get stronger.

While in battle, simply type !cast (spellname)​​​​

For example, if you want to cast Blizzard spell, the command would be !cast blizzard

You can shorten the command by typing just the first 3-letters of the spell's name, eg. !cast bli

You can also prepare your spells in advance, while queueing up for battle:

  • Cast spell during battle

  • ​Spell is executed right after you input the command

  • Good for reactive spells

  • Cast spell before battle

  • ​Spell is executed at the start of battle​

  • Good for buff / AoE-type spells

  • Assign a spell to always be cast at the start of your battles

  • Assigned spell can be changed or cleared at any time

  • Good for cheap & repetitive spells

Spells can be targeted to hit a certain minion.

This is especially useful for buff spells, as well as single-target damage spells. 

Some spells like Blizzard, Meteor, or Tornado do party-wide damage so they can't be targeted.

You want to make sure that spells like Giant Growth land on your most powerful minion!

Each minion has an index number assigned to them, based on the slot they currently occupy.

AIMING YOUR SPELLS

  • Spells can be targeted by adding an index number after you cast the spell.

  • For example, if player 1 inputs "!cast disintegrate 6", the spell will land on the enemy's Hog Rider.

  • If a player does not indicate any target for the spell, the spell will randomly choose a valid target.​​​

At any time during the stream, you can see the information of any spell by typing "!card (spellname)"

As with any name, we can shorten the spell name to its first 3 letters. Eg. "!card lig" would work for Lightning Storm spell.
